OVERALL PURPOSE: Responsible in providing administrative support before, during and after the conduct of a training program. This will also include providing training support through co-facilitation of training
Job Title: Training Associate
Unit: Special Markets and Training Unit
Reports to: Head - Special Markets and Training
Supervises: N/A
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate schedule and ensure logistical requirements are met for the trainings, sales events and meetings with the respective departments
- Provide administrative support to training classes including invitations, class registration, attendance sheets, pre-training assessments, exam results, evaluations, training certificates, etc.
- Communicate examination schedule and coordinate submission of exam application forms
- Document and maintain a database of training completion
- Obtain & assist in the design of instructional materials as part of pre-training preparations
- Assist in the facilitation of training sessions as host and/or moderator
- Co-facilitate training sessions related to forms, procedures and other learning opportunities designed for
- Handle basic inquiries/requests of agents and partners related to training and SEC examination
- Perform other functions required by his/her superior and other officers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Must be a holder of bachelor’s degree, preferably in business
Experience: At least 2 years related work experience
Skills: Proficient in MS Office particularly in MS Word, Powerpoint, good oral and written communication & presentation skills
Knowledge: Office administration, clerical knowledge, training knowhow
Personality: Confident, Hardworking, dedicated and can get along with people very well
